Hi there! I’m Tzipporah! Welcome to my blog!
Now that we have been introduced, here is a little bit about me:
I have loved music ever since I was a little girl. As soon as I began school, I wanted to be a part of any choir I could sing in, any band I could play in, and any performance I could be a part of. I discovered guitar when I was 12 years old, after having played flute for a few years. I loved the sounds I could make on the instrument and the option I had to accompany myself while singing. This new-found passion began a journey that so far has taken me through rock bands, mariachi bands, samba ensembles, many solo performances, 4 years studying classical guitar at the University of Minnesota in the Twin Cities, and over 3 years of involvement with a musical non-profit called She Rock She Rock. My experiences with music have left me with a profound appreciation of the versatility and adaptability of the guitar. I have also learned over time that music has the power to break down barriers between people and empower them to be positive forces in this world. These lessons from my experiences and my desire to use music for good are what continue to guide me.
Since you now know a little bit more about who I am and why I music, feel free to explore the rest of my site and please don’t hesitate to reach out to me! Stay tuned!
